Stidham Brothers Mfg., Inc. Limited Warranty
Stidham Brothers Mfg. Inc. makes no other express or implied warranties of fitness or merchantability for a particular purpose or any other matter any other warranties either express or implied; and any implied warranty is hereby disclaimed by Stidham Brother Mfg, Inc. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the face thereof. Stidham Brothers Mfg, Inc. neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any other liability in connection with its products.
Notice: The dealer, by signing this manufacturer’s warranty states that he has informed and explained to the purchaser all warranty and claim procedures. By signing this manufacturer’s warranty form, the purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read the above warranty and agree that, should any warranty claims be made by purchaser, purchaser will follow the procedures as herein set forth.

Stidham Brothers Manufacturing, Inc. warrants that its product will be free from defective materials and/or workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of Five (5) years from the date of purchase, providing the following conditions are met and satisfied. If the trailer is rented or used for commercial
hauling this Limited warranty is null and void. The warranty must be signed and be acknowledged by the dealer and the purchaser, then returned to Stidham Brothers Manufacturing, Inc., at P.O. Box 1691 Chickasha, Oklahoma 73023.
A copy of the warranty, signed by the dealer and the purchaser, must be postmarked no later than ten (10) days following purchase of the trailer from the dealer. If warranty is not postmarked by the tenth day, all warranties will be null and void. This Five (5) year warranty covers the structure of your Stidham trailer which consists of the main frame, consisting of the bottom rails, cross members, side posts and exterior walls, roof rails and bows, and the subframe assemblies. Components such as doors, gates and dividers, manufactured by Stidham that attach directly to the Frame Assembly shall be limited in warranty to one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Normal wear items will not be replaced due to wear. These normal wear items include, but are not limited to, bearings, brake linings, and hoses. Damage due to condensation is not a material or workmanship defect. It is controlled by climate, environment, and customer’s style of use.
Damage caused by failure to check and torque lug nuts properly is not covered by warranty.
Use of saw mill wood shavings of any type will void warranty.
Stidham Brothers Mfg, Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by accident or negligence or by the abuse, misapplication, or misuse of a trailer and or of its component parts. Loading in excess of gross vehicle load ratings stated on the certificate plate will invalidate any and all warranties. Products covered by this warranty are designed and engineered to be pulled with a truck no larger than a one ton. Pulling said product with a larger or heavier truck voids any warranty whatsoever.
Paint warranty does not cover wear, deterioration, and/or damage from elements, improper wash solvents, salt, sand, and/or weather conditions. Any damage caused by or attributed to any act of God whatsoever is not covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Any modification, alteration, or repair to any product manufactured by Stidham Brothers Mfg, Inc. Without their prior knowledge and consent will void manufacturer’s warranty.
Stidham Brothers Mfg. Inc.’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing at Stidham Brothers Mfg. Inc.’s option, any part or parts thereof which are determined by Stidham Brothers Mfg, Inc. to be defective in material or workmanship. Any Stidham Brothers Mfg, Inc. product found to have defective material and/or workmanship must be serviced or repaired by Stidham Brothers Mfg. Inc.
Stidham Brothers Mfg, Inc. may at its sole discretion, request that the customer deliver its product to the factory location for the warranty work to be done. Any freight transportation charge to or from the factory is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and shall not be a part of manufacturer’s warranty
whatsoever.
This warranty does not cover any economic loss including without limitation; Payment for the loss of time or pay, inconvenience, loss of trailer use, trailer rental expense, lodging bills, meals, other travel costs, storage charges and other incidental or consequential loss or damage.
Stidham Brothers Mfg., Inc. Limited Warranty
When required, photos of defective part or parts or the actual part or parts may have to accompany the warranty approval before payment can or will be made. Any part or parts returned for warranty must be prepaid freight to Stidham Brothers Mfg, Inc.
Stidham Brothers Mfg., Inc. manufacturers some trailers into which other persons or companies who are not employees or agents of Stidham Brothers Mfg., Inc install living quarters or other interior or exterior features or modifications. This Limited Warranty extends only to material used or workmanship
performed by Stidham Brothers Mfg., Inc. or its employees in the construction of the original trailer, subject to all limitations and exclusions set forth herein. STIDAM BROTHERS MFG., INC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP IN ANY ITEM INSTALLED INTO STIDHAM BROTHERS MFG, INC PRODUCTS BY ANY OTHER PERSON OR COMPANY, INCLUDING ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR CONTINENT LIABILITIES ARISING THEREFROM
